I hope this email finds everyone well. Our fall conference is rapidly approaching! We have a great number signed up all ready and are looking forward to an incredible weekend to share with each other as well as with our brothers and sisters in Baja.

As the date of November 5-8 draws nearer, we wanted to let everyone know that we still have a few spots on left on the bus down so its not too late to sign up and be a part of this incredible weekend. If you want to sign up or if you haven't confirmed your attendance with us, please reply to this email!

*If you would like to purchase blankets to take to a specific congregation we are happy to offer to have those waiting on you when you arrive. Please respond to this email with the quantity you will want. The price is around $9/blanket. We will have those waiting on you on Saturday and you can grab them as you head out to visit the churches. Please come prepared to pay for the blankets on Saturday.

*We are asking that everyone pay $175 dollars for the conference. This money will go towards the following items:

*1 night at the Villa Marina hotel in Ensenada on Friday night, November 5th

*Bus transportation from San Diego to Ensenada on 11/5 on Saturday and back on Monday 11/8

*Dinner on Friday night

*Breakfast on Saturday morning

*Lunch on Saturday

*1 night at the Hampton Inn in San Diego on Monday night, November 8th

If you will NOT be needing any of those accommodations please let me know and we will adjust the price. If it's NOT on the list you will need to be prepared to cover those costs on your own.
